On this day in history, the worldwide known singer and actor Frank Sinatra dies of a heart attack at age 82 in Los Angeles.
Frank Sinatra’s success in the music industry began during the Swing Era, and within time Sinatra would become one of America’s biggest and most successful artists. Selling over 150 million copies worldwide and a recipient of 11 Grammy Awards, including the Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award, Sinatra would continue to gain prominence in America and throughout the world. Earning himself the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 1985 and Congressional Gold Medal in 1997.
Frank Sinatra’s success as an actor cannot go unrecognized, with movies such as The Manchurian Candidate, Sinatra showed his talents both on stage and on screen.
The biggest lesson in life, baby, is never be scared of anyone or anything.
